Shipping Policy
Tuner Goods, LLC and Tuner Goods Auto Spa, LLC ship products worldwide for all owners and enthusiasts. We have done our best to work and affiliate ourselves with the best carriers in the shipping industry from standard mail through USPS to FedEx, DHL, and UPS.
While every attempt is made to reduce costs to the consumer, sometimes shipping and international duties rates cause us to incur extra expenses for shipping to the consumer. If you are outside the continental United States, please feel free to contact us via email or phone to request a quote for the additional shipping amount that you may incur before placing an order. Please note that most items will ship within 24 hours of ordering pending business hours and availability.
Items that are custom made or customized for a specific application require additional lead time before shipping. Lead times are normally 3 to 6 weeks depending on the product and level of customization.
My product arrived damaged. What do I do?
Damage during shipping is extremely rare but it is your responsibility to inspect your shipment upon arrival. Report any damage or shipping related damage immediately to the shipping company that delivered the item. Tuner Goods does not handle any damage requests caused by shipping. Only you can make the claim with the shipping company if damage is discovered. For your protection, Tuner Goods insures all shipments so your monetary investment is not in jeopardy in the extremely rare event of total loss.
You sent me the wrong part. How do I get what I need?
Mistakes can happen no matter how hard we try. If you receive the wrong part, please email sales@tunergoods.com to let us know. We will be more than happy to exchange it for you as quickly as possible. If you ordered your part online and there was an error caused by our website, please alert us in a timely manner so we may swap the part out and change the error on our website. If your item is defective, you must go through the manufacturer of the product for a replacement. We do not warranty products through Tuner Goods unless they are of our private labeled “Tuner Goods” branded products. All 3rd party charges incurred (i.e. Labor costs) will not be covered by Tuner Goods.
My part is broken, how can I get a new one?
Each manufacturer differs when it comes to replacing broken parts. The best thing to do is to contact them first to find out their normal procedures and policies regarding broken products. If the part is still under warranty, Tuner Goods will provide you with any information that you will need to receive a replacement. Tuner Goods does not accept used parts or previously installed parts as returns if defective, nor warranty them directly, unless they are our private labeled “Tuner Goods” branded products. Please contact the product manufacturer for warranty eligibility or information.
Additional Policy Information:
All products are to be used within their designed specifications. If the purchaser of a product purchased from our website fails to follow designated design specifications, violates state law, or violates federal law for improper use, the purchaser acknowledges that Tuner Goods, LLC and its affiliates are not held liable.
We will make every effort to provide you with honest and professional service. Not all manufacturer coupons or competitor sales will be applicable to website product purchases unless otherwise authorized by Tuner Goods, LLC.
Tuner Goods’ customer service relating to the assistance of customizing products sold on this website is an informative service. The buyer/purchaser is responsible for ensuring the specifications suggested by Tuner Goods, LLC. is correct and waives Tuner Goods, LLC. of liability if they are not.
Refund Policy
If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, you may return the item within 14 calendar days of delivery of your order. The following rules apply:
- Products must be in original packaging and in new and re-sellable condition.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable.
- Original cost of shipping will be calculated into the returned amount.
- A 15% to 25% re-stocking fee may apply to returns that are not caused by the
manufacturer or Tuner Goods’ error.
- The RMA number must be posted on the returned box.
Non-Returnable Items (NO EXCEPTIONS):
- Open Box Electronics
- Fittings of any kind
- All piping/clamping components
- Promotional products; i.e. clothing, promotional banners
- All interior pieces; i.e. seats, dashboards, interior trim
- Forced induction systems
- Any parts shipped by freight
- Previously installed parts
- Special Order and Customized Items like customized wheels, customized coilovers, or custom-made air suspension systems
Procedure:
To return a product, you must request a ticket by e-mailing sales@tunergoods.com. Once you open a ticket, you will receive an email providing you with instructions regarding your return.
How will I receive my refund or credit?
After we accept and approve your return, you will be issued a refund via the same payment method that you originally used to place the order (Credit Card, Paypal, Affirm, Cash, Zelle, Venmo, or any other payment services we authorize). The refund amount will be in the amount of the original purchase price minus shipping charges. You will be sent an email confirming receipt of the return and your credit. Credit card purchasers must allow an additional 5-7 business days for the credit to appear on your statement.
NOTE: Tuner Goods will not refund any labor charges or installation fees under any conditions. Tuner Goods will also not offer reimbursement for any damage incurred during installation or any other use of a product.
Acknowledgement: By completing your purchase, you acknowledge and understand the terms presented to you and you waive Tuner Goods of liabilities outlined in these terms and conditions.

WARRANTY DISCLOSURE
Vinyl / Commercial Graphics / Window Tint / Ceramic Coating
This limited lifetime warranty statement is applicable to products manufactured and installed by Tuner Goods Auto Spa LLC, known as the “Auto Spa” within this disclosure. The Auto Spa warranty may be referred to as, “The Auto Spa Warranty” or “The Warranty” within this disclosure.
The Auto Spa includes a limited lifetime warranty for all ceramic coating, custom vehicle graphics, custom vinyl, and window tint products created and/or installed in-house by our employees. Non-custom printed vinyl materials are covered by the original manufacturer warranty for manufacturer defects. Our warranty, if eligible, covers labor costs for replacing and/or reinstalling ceramic coating, custom graphics, vinyl, and window tint film. In some circumstances, the customer may be fully responsible for the cost of replacement materials and associated labor costs not covered by the Auto Spa and/or manufacturer warranty.
The Auto Spa Warranty does not cover damage to the ceramic coat, wrap, custom graphics, or window tint due to negligence, misuse, accidents, road damage, wear and tear, or any failure that is not a product of installation or materials. The Warranty also does not cover failures caused by pre-existing damage to vehicles. Lastly, The Warranty does not cover a failure in the when a customer chooses to have any emblems wrapped over on their vehicle.
All claims after the initial date of purchase and/or installation are subject to approval by an Auto Spa authorized representative. In case of warrantable failure, the Auto Spa’s responsibility is limited to repairing or replacing defective ceramic coating, vinyl graphics, wrap, parts of a vinyl wrap, or window tint deemed defective. Warrantable services must only be performed at an authorized Tuner Goods Auto Spa LLC facility.
Materials used under The Warranty will include the same warranty coverage as the materials they replace, but the expiration date will remain the same as the original material purchase date. The Warranty is explicitly a Tunergoods Auto Spa LLC service guarantee for ceramic coating, vehicle graphics, vinyl wraps, and window tinting. Tunergoods Auto Spa LLC offers no additional implied warranty or service stemming from this disclosure or from Auto Spa employees or owners.
DISCLOSURE STATEMENT & RELEASE OF LIABILITY
The consumer understands that:
- I have read and understand the Tuner Goods Auto Spa LLC vinyl, custom commercial graphic, window tint, and ceramic coating disclosure.
- Any state and local law(s) governing custom vehicle graphics may differ depending on how I use my vehicle within the jurisdiction where I drive and use my vehicle.
- Tuner Goods Auto Spa LLC and any of its shareholders, employees, or agents shall not be held liable for any traffic citation, breach of law, injury, damage, or other loss regarding any services performed at a Tuner Goods Auto Spa LLC location.
I hereby authorize Tuner Goods Auto Spa LLC to modify my vehicle whether for off-road and/or personal use. I agree Tuner Goods Auto Spa and its shareholders, employees, and agents are held harmless from my direction for any work performed. I release Tuner Goods Auto Spa LLC from all liability stemming from injury, damage of any kind, loss of any kind, and all traffic citations.
I understand that the law applies to my use and my jurisdiction on the date service is initiated and performed. I also understand that the law may change at any time, and I am responsible for ensuring I am personally aware of any changes.
I understand that there are IMPERFECTIONS and they are inevitable. Though we strive for excellence with all of our installations, some degree of dust contamination and minor imperfections may be present in vinyl, PPF, or ceramic applications. Please note that pre-existing flaws or scratches and metal deposits on the body may also show.
